1. ELIGIBILITY

• ▸ Age requirement: You must be at least 4 years of age to use the App. If you are under 13, you may only use the App with verifiable parental consent.
• ▸ Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. LICENSE TO USE THE APP

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make the App available to any third party.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES

• ▸ Virtual currency & items: The App may offer virtual coins, cosmetics, or other in-app items for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the platform store's refund policy.
• ▸ Billing: All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Your purchase is subject to their respective terms and billing policies.
• ▸ No real-world value: Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be transferred outside the App, and are not redeemable for cash or any other consideration.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• · Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorised third-party software that modifies or interferes with the App
• · Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, account, or network connected to the App
• · Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
• · Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other players
• · Circumvent or manipulate leaderboard rankings or PvP matchmaking
• · Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice or refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game mechanics, sounds, and software — are owned by AuroraMesh and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use AuroraMesh's trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent.

6. DISCLAIMERS

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AURORAMESH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and any virtual items in your account may be forfeited.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where AuroraMesh is domiciled, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
